To join the Washoe County Employees Association please contact a board member, officer or our business representative. By joining you agree to abide by the Articles and By-Laws of the Association and enter into an understanding that upon payment of dues you are entitled to all rights and privileges as a member in good standing. You also authorize the Association to be your bargaining representative to negotiate with your employer concerning wages, hours and conditions of employment as provided by the law of the State of Nevada.

Dues are only $5.00 per pay period and are deducted from your salary according to provisions set up for payroll deductions. You can revoke your membership by written notice to the Association however, there is a $150.00 reinstatement fee for re-joining at a later date.
